With our professional guidance, most licensed professionals compile the necessary information in less than an hour.

 

Can I consult with someone about my practice circumstances?

We offer an option to consult with our team. Consulting times are available for thirty minutes or sixty minutes.

 

I’m new to the profession. Do I really need this service?

A continuity plan is an ethical obligation for all licensed professionals. We never know when an accident may impact our ability to care for our clients.

 

What does my Personal Executor need to do?

Your Personal Executor takes care of your personal estate and will be the one to reach out to LAST to notify us to activate services.

 

Who sees my patients/clients if something happens to me?

While most of us are clinicians, LAST does not subsume your clients into our clinical practice. We work with you to identify clinicians you feel are most effective in meeting the needs of your patients/clients.

 

I love the service. Do I receive a discount if I refer a colleague?

YES. For each colleague who engages with LAST, you receive a free month.

 

What do I need to tell my patients/clients about your services?

We encourage you to add information in your informed consent statement. We help craft the statement to include in your paperwork.
